At The Fox Den Farm there are many different options for riders and equines. We offer Private or Group Lessons on your own horse or a school horse. We encourage every level of rider to join a lesson and enjoy the ride while learning at the same time. Our facility also offers lessons for your horse as well. Our very established Trainer/Riders can keep your horse/pony conditioned and at peak performance level, as well as train in different disciplines. We can customize a package that is right for equestrians and for horse. We specialize in disciplines such as advanced, competition, dressage, equitation, gaited, hunter, hunter jumper, jumping, show, horse training, thoroughbred, warmblood, foxhunting and much more. Group Lessons

Our lessons are set up in an hour long format, Beginners learn grooming and tacking the horse prior to their 1 hour instruction on their horse. Our groups fill up at around 4 riders, and because of our smaller lesson sizes we are able to spend extra time with each new rider to review the basics of riding as well as the fundamentals of enjoying the learning process. Experienced riders also get plenty of opportunity to further their skills. We provide the horses and all the equipment, we even have helmets to borrow!
Private Lesson

We offer private lessons scheduled one-on-one with our riding instructor. Private lessons are 1 hour of riding. Private lessons are perfect if you have a specific skill you are looking to work on, or if you are nervous about taking your first few lessons! You can learn one and one with your Trainer to develop an unbreakable bond with your horse/pony. Private lessons can focus the horse/rider prior to an event and/or show.
Horse Training

Price $30.00 per ride
Each horse is treated as an individual and brought along at the pace that is appropriate for him/her. We believe in giving all horses the basics and correct training before beginning competition. Young horses are carefully brought along so they are never overwhelmed. Depending on their personality, most horses can progress quickly. We work to do everything with the horses in the correct way so they never lose confidence or develop bad habits. We find this makes an enormous difference in helping each horse reach it's full potential.
